The Tabwoo Certification Process
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The Tabwoo™ Certification experience is designed to conclude with certification in 5 highly transformational areas of expertise. However, The Tabwoo Institute™ maintains a high standard of embodied excellence and will only grant certification to those who have completed the requirements and demonstrated their growth and dedication to coaching mastery.
Completion of 7 in-depth courses and their corresponding Spellbooks (aka deep dive workbooks) to ensure embodiment of teachings and tools for practitioner themselves prior to facilitate
Completion of 7 intensive assessments to ensure intellectual mastery and retention of teachings and tools
Completion of mandatory “practicum” hours to master the facilitation of each modality with peers and expert guidance
Completion of 10 Client Facilitation Sessions to master craft with a variety of individuals with unique life experiences, goals, and barriers to success
Embodiment of 5 certifications with multidisciplinary modalities and techniques within each one
Engagement in immersive LIVE trainings and experiences to broaden scope of expertise and deepen mastery in coaching skill set
Participation in 9+ student calls per month to ask questions, receive guidance, deepen the teachings, apply the modalities, and stay on track with your progress

The Tabwoo™ Practitioner Certification is a 12-month multi-modality certification experience to master the tools, techniques, and practices of the Tabwoo Transformational Arts—aka a multidimensional blend of conscious and subconscious reprogramming; energetic and identity exploration; emotional and spiritual alchemy; and somatic and manifestation proficiency.

COACHING DEMO CALLS
We offer 4 different types of calls inside of each course. Each call type is offered two times a month on different days and times. We also have monthly Coven Calls, for a total of 9 available call types per month.

A Note on “Board Certification”
What Board Certification Really Means...
The perception of a “board certification” is that it’s required to be a coach and that it sets a standard for the coaching industry.
The reality of the situation is that anyone can create a board. It is a type of business model that any group of individuals can formulate.
There is no official regulating or governing body in the coaching industry. Therefore, it can be interpreted that any attempt to strictly control and advise on how coaching must be done is a facade.
We appreciate transparency and don’t want to trick people into believing that they need the approval of board recognition to be “qualified”—especially since many people within our company and our past students have gone through board accredited certifications and programs that didn’t meet their standards and were not trauma-informed and actually harmful.
Why We Choose Not to Be “Board Certified”
Being “board certified” has become merely a label rather than a legitimate governing body that serves to protect the practitioners and their clients.
Most boards are owned by private institutions that are simply business models to have people continuously paying fees each month or year. We find this to be an outdated tactic that doesn’t align with our values. Not to mention, we have personally experienced the corruption in the coaching regulation system and it is not something we will perpetuate.
As we always say, there is never just one way, and we won't continue to be a part of a way that is steeped in antiquated methods at best and toxicity and harm at worst.
One of the reasons people choose to go through a certification with board backing is because they know that the program will need to go through certain standards in order to meet the board qualifications.
Due to our history of being affiliated with a certification board, The Tabwoo Institute™ curriculum and certification components far exceed the requirements to be in good standing for accreditation from an accrediting body. We have intentionally gone way beyond the typical standards and believe that our Students are the best of the best and more qualified than most board certified coaches and practitioners out there as a result of the multidimensional approach to learning, embodying, facilitating, and mastering the material.
We are on the leading edge of innovation in the industry and are proud to take a stand for
establishing new paradigms and practices where multidimensionality, integrity, inclusion, and trauma-informed approaches are honored and revered. We understand that a lot of what you’ll find inside of our programs is outside the lines of the traditional coaching world, and we are proud to be doing things differently.
