I've got kids (well, one) too. As cute, amazing, and magical these little creatures of ours are, they are a whole new variable to factor into the love equation. And while it can feel like surviving takes everything you've got, it's important to also prioritize thriving. Focusing on your relationship and sex life might feel like yet another to-do or even incredibly selfish, but the way you and your partner love each other and the connection you have creates the blueprint for how your children lead, love, and live. Prioritizing your relationship therefore isn't just "nice-to-have" it's a necessity. Pssst—I double dog dare you to check your screen time stats on your phone. How many hours a day are you spending on it? (I'm not even asking you to count the time spent on the couch catching up on Ginny & Georgia, Love is Blind, or White Lotus.) I rest my case.

I totally get that it can feel weird to invest in yourself in this way. Let's look at it like this—if your fitness is important to you you're not just gonna sit on the couch and expect muscles to spontaneously grow on your body, right? You invest in your craft, master foundational skills, and put your magic into practice with clients on the reg. And you continuously seek out new experiences, programs, and mentors to support you in deepening your skillset and increasing your impact.

Your relationship is no different. I know you want deep, devoted partnership. AND steamy and soul-penetrating sex. AND ever-growing and lasting passion. You're not the kind of person who settles for basic. Fuck that. So if you're desiring next-level depth and spice, it starts with making the decision and commitment to prioritizing it. Now.

I mean, if you can treat your stomach, your feet, and your nose to the finer things, surely you can treat your heart, soul, and vulva/penis to a lil' something?! In 36 hours the rice and fish will have moved on through you, in less than a year those shoes will need to be traded in for a new pair, and even if you milk that perfume, it will expire in 3-5 years. But your relationship and love? It's the forever kind. Which warrants some basic TLC at the very least, right?!

And...if there is even the teeniest, tiniest part of you that can imagine a world where this is possible...if you have the desire to cultivate that deep connection and sizzlin' passion with the person you're currently with...then I believe it's available for you.

Just because your sex and relationship has been one way for 10 years (or however long it's been) doesn’t mean it has to be the same for the next 10 years (or beyond).
